我厂使用的多刀半自动仿形车床,前顶尖结构中有一个弹簧,要求刚度大。但出于安装空间位置小,弹簧径向尺寸受到限制。以往采用自制碟形弹簧,不但成本高,而且性能难以保证;如卷制,因钢丝直径大于8mm,制造困难。为此,我们采用了车削方法,切制截面为矩形的圆柱弹簧,以代替卷绕弹簧和碟形弹簧。经生产验证,使用完全达到设计要求。
The multi-knife semi-automatic copying lathe used by our factory has a spring in front of the top structure, requiring high rigidity. However, due to the small installation space, the spring radial size is limited. In the past with homemade disc springs, not only high cost, and performance is difficult to guarantee; such as rolling, due to wire diameter greater than 8mm, manufacturing difficulties. To this end, we used turning method, cut rectangular cross-section cylindrical springs, instead of coil springs and disc springs. After production verification, the use of fully meet the design requirements.
