针对ZL50F双摇臂装载机动臂出现批量断裂的情况,利用有限元方法对该动臂进行了有限元分析,得到动臂的应力分布规律,找出了破坏原因并对动臂进行了改进,经过再一次分析表明修改后的结构满足强度要求。对该动臂进行了应力测试,通过测试数据与有限元分析结果的比较可知,在动臂有限元分析时所建立的有限元模型是正确的,分析时的加载及约束情况与试验状况相似,两者之间的误差能够满足工程需要。 Aiming at the situation of batch fracture of the boom of ZL50F double-arm loader, the finite element method was used to analyze the boom with finite element method, the stress distribution law of the boom was obtained, the damage reason was found and the boom was improved. Again analysis shows that the modified structure meets the strength requirements. Through the comparison between the test data and the finite element analysis results, the finite element model established in the finite element analysis of the boom is correct, and the loading and restraining conditions in the analysis are similar to the experimental conditions. The error between the two can meet the engineering needs.
