目的探讨加快新生儿产瘤吸收与消退的方法。方法新生儿产瘤160例按出生先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各80例。观察组新生儿在早吸吮后置温箱内采用自冷式冰袋对局部产瘤处进行间断冷敷7h;对照组不做任何处理让其自行吸收。结果观察组总有效率为96.25%明显高于对照组的53.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿局部产瘤采用自冷式冰袋冷敷可加速产瘤的吸收。此方法安全、有效,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To explore ways to speed up absorption and regression of neonatal tumorigenesis. Methods Neonatal tumor-producing 160 cases were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of birth 80 cases. The neonates in the observation group were subjected to intermittent cold compression for 7h in local premature sucking postwarmers with self-cooled ice packs. The control group did not do any treatment to let them absorb themselves. Results The total effective rate was 96.25% in the observation group was significantly higher than 53.75% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Local neoplasms using self-cooling cold pack can accelerate the absorption of tumor-producing. This method is safe and effective and can be widely used in clinical practice.
