随着电力体制改革的进一步深化,发电企业将面临更加激烈的竞争环境。对火电厂竞争力情况进行评价是火电厂竞争力研究的一个重要组成部分,既是对以前工作的一个总结,也为火电厂以后的发展重点及方向提供了科学的依据。火电厂竞争力评价有助于发电企业找准其在市场竞争中的定位,从而制定有效的竞争战略,提高自身的竞争力。对提高火电厂的经济效益,乃至生存和发展具有重要意义。本文制定了一套科学的评价指标体系,并结合层次分析法确定指标权重,利用多级物元分析模型计算指标评价值,力求使评价结果更加客观。
With the further deepening of the power system reform, power generation enterprises will face a more fierce competitive environment. Evaluating the competitiveness of thermal power plants is an important part of the study on the competitiveness of thermal power plants. The evaluation of thermal power plants’ competitiveness will help power generation enterprises to identify their position in the market competition, so as to formulate effective competitive strategies and enhance their competitiveness. To improve the economic efficiency of thermal power plants, as well as the existence and development of great significance. In this paper, a set of scientific evaluation index system is set up, and the index weight is determined by AHP. The multi-level matter-element analysis model is used to calculate the index evaluation value so as to make the evaluation result more objective.
