1 引言胎头径线的大小在决定分娩的难易起着一定作用。胎头径线数据以往多取用国外资料,为了提高产科质量,探索我省正常新生儿头径线数值,将我们所测100例总结如下。 2 资料和方法资料来自我科住院初产妇,足月单胎头位100例(男53,女47)。分别于生后12小时内及12～24小时各测1次新生儿头各径线、身长和体重。儿头径线用柯氏标准测量尺,身长用木制专用尺,周径用皮尺。 1 Introduction The size of fetal head diameter in determining the difficulty of childbirth plays a role. Diameter of children’s head with Keshi standard measuring ruler, the length of wooden special ruler, measuring the circumference with a tape measure.
