国家自然科学基金(以下简称科学基金)支持基础研究,坚持自由探索,发挥导向作用,提倡竞争,激励创新,对我院在稳定科研队伍、蓄积基础研究后备人才、提高基础研究水平等多方面起到了不可替代的重大作用。回顾、分析我院在“十一五”期间科学基金资助情况并与国内其他地方性农业科研院所进行横向比较,对全面了解我院基础研究的优势和不足、促进我院基础研究发展、完成“十二五”规划和制定科研决策与学科建设发展规划有十分重要的意义。
