Qing Dynasty Zong Yin Zhen was born in October 17, Kangxi seventeen, Kangxi sixty-one years on November 20 following the big register, at the age of 45. Because of his long residence in the fancier, he knew very well about the shortcomings of the officialdom, and therefore he immediately started the rectification of official management.
