ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系统,是企业资源计划系统的缩写,其基本思想是将企业的运营看作一个紧密的供应链,将企业内部划成几个互相协同作业的子系统,通过子系统间数据的实时传递,在ERP系统中形成一个统一的整体。下面结合工业企业ERP系统的实际情况,浅谈ERP系统中,会计核算和成本管理的思想及实现。
