[目的]研究基于移动互联和生物传感技术的骨科康复产品在前交叉韧带重建术后康复中的临床效果。[方法]将80例随机分为两组(每组40例),康复组术后出院由康复科医生通过骨科康复产品指导患者实施康复治疗;对照组术后出院仅给予康复计划及指导。每两周门诊复查,至术后3个月。观察比较两组患者术后1、3个月的膝关节活动度、KT-1000值、Lysholm评分与国际膝关节文献委员会膝关节评估表(IKDC)评分及膝关节本体感觉评定。[结果]术后1个月康复组患者主动关节活动度差值(15.99±2.03)、KT-1 000值(0.86±0.21)和本体感觉运动位置觉差值(0.50±0.19)均低于对照组,IKDC评分(54.75±6.01)高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05),而Lysholm评分和被动关节活动度差值差异无统计学意义(Ρ>0.05);术后3个月康复组患者主动关节活动度差值(7.59±1.43)、被动关节活动度(7.54±1.71)、KT-1000值(1.43±0.27)和本体感觉运动位置觉差值(0.20±0.09)均低于对照组,IKDC评分(66.26±4.85)和Lysholm评分(1.43±0.27)均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05)。[结论]关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后通过基于移动互联和生物传感技术的骨科康复产品进行康复训练,能够有效地恢复膝关节的稳定性及改善膝关节功能,促进本体感觉的恢复,从而大大增加康复疗效,值得推广。
[Objective] To study the clinical effect of orthopedic rehabilitation products based on mobile internet and biosensing technology in the rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. [Method] Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups (40 cases in each group). The patients in the rehabilitation group were discharged after operation. The patients in the rehabilitation group were treated by the orthopedics rehabilitation products to guide the patients to recover. The control group was discharged only to the rehabilitation program and guidance. Every two weeks outpatient review, to 3 months after surgery. The knee mobility, KT-1000, Lysholm score and International Knee Documentation Committee Knee Joint Evaluation Table (IKDC) scores and knee joint sensory evaluation were observed and compared between the two groups. [Results] The difference of active joint degree (K (15.99 ± 2.03), KT-1 000 (0.86 ± 0.21) and proprioceptive difference (0.50 ± 0.19) in rehabilitation group was lower than that of control group Group, the IKDC score (54.75 ± 6.01) was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the Lysholm score and passive joint activity (P> 0.05) The difference of active joint degree (7.59 ± 1.43), passive joint activity (7.54 ± 1.71), KT-1000 (1.43 ± 0.27) and proprioceptive difference (0.20 ± 0.09) The IKDC score (66.26 ± 4.85) and Lysholm score (1.43 ± 0.27) were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Arthroscopically assisted rehabilitation of orthopedic rehabilitation products based on mobile internet and biosensing after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can effectively restore the stability of knee joint and improve knee joint function, and promote the recovery of proprioceptive sensation. Thus greatly increasing the rehabilitation effect, it is worth promoting.
