目的探讨健康教育在儿童保健门诊中的应用价值。方法将2014年5月-2015年5月在该院儿童保健门诊就诊的320例儿童随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各160例。对照组及家长均给予传统的儿童保健,观察组儿童在对照组保健方法的基础上,加强健康教育。比较两组儿童的身体健康状况及儿童家长的焦虑情况、不确定感和对小孩的满意度。结果观察组儿童的身体健康状况明显优于对照组儿童(P<0.05);观察组儿童家长的焦虑情况、不确定感和对小孩的满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在儿童保健门诊中具有十分重要的作用,可以改善儿童的健康状况和减少家长的心理负面情绪。
Objective To explore the value of health education in child health clinic. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 320 children who were treated in the child health clinic of the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 160 cases in each group. Control group and parents were given traditional child care, observation group of children in the control group on the basis of health care methods, to strengthen health education. The two groups of children’s health status and the parents’ anxiety, uncertainty and satisfaction with children were compared. Results The health status of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05). The anxiety, uncertainty and satisfaction of children in observation group were significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education plays a very important role in child health clinic, which can improve children’s health status and reduce parents’ psychological negative emotions.
