激光快速成形技术是近几年国际上广泛关注的一种先进的实体自由成形技术 ,能够直接成形高性能的致密金属零件 ,具有无模具、短周期、低成本、市场响应快等特点。本文简要分析了激光快速成形件残余应力的形成机理及分布规律 ,概述了残余应力对成形件力学性能结构尺寸、实际使用等方面的影响 ,探讨了实验测定残余应力的方法及调整和消除残余应力的有效手段等
