目的 为鸦油乳抑制膀胱肿瘤生长提供组织学依据。方法 正常狗随机分为 :注药组 (7只 )和对照组 (3只 ) ,分别经髂内动脉注入鸦油乳 0 1mg/kg、美蓝 0 1ml/kg。 1周后 ,随机活检膀胱各个部位作光镜及电镜观察。 结果 注药组光镜可见粘膜上皮细胞脱落、坏死 ,肌层和浆膜充血、水肿、坏死以及急、慢性炎性细胞浸润 ;电镜发现在微血管内有鸦油乳微栓形成 ,并见细胞质膜结构的破坏。而对照组未发现明显变化。结论 鸦油乳可抑制正常膀胱上皮细胞的生长 ,有望成为治疗膀胱肿瘤的新药物。
Objective To provide the histological basis for inhibiting the growth of bladder tumor of poplar milk. Methods Normal dogs were randomly divided into injection group (n = 7) and control group (n = 3). Crowd dogs were injected with 0 1 mg / kg and methylene blue 1 ml / kg via internal iliac artery respectively. One week later, all parts of the bladder were randomly biopsied for light and electron microscopy. Results In the injection group, there were exfoliated, necrotic mucosal epithelial cells, hyperemia, edema, necrosis and acute and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration of mucosal epithelium in the injection group. Structural damage. The control group did not find significant changes. Conclusion Crow’s milk can inhibit the growth of normal bladder epithelial cells and is expected to become a new drug for the treatment of bladder cancer.
