本文采用裂解气相色谱、红外光谱及穆斯堡尔谱等方法,对矿物药绿矾及炮制品中铁的价态、存在形式进行了分析和研究。实验结果表明:绿矾生样及炮制品中的铁基本是以FeSO4形式存在,同时含有少量Fe3+;绿矾在成矿过程中有气相包裹体形成。绿矾生样经酸性诃子溶液浸泡后,其中部分铁离子形成了有机化合物,而且Fe2+/Fe3+比值及铁离子的离子性比绿矾生样均有显著提高。
In this paper, pyrolysis gas chromatography, infrared spectroscopy and Mössbauer spectroscopy were used to analyze and study the valence states and forms of iron in mineral medicines and processed products. The experimental results show that the iron in the samples of green alfalfa and the processed products is basically in the form of FeSO4 and contains a small amount of Fe3+; the green alfalfa is formed by gas-phase inclusions in the mineralization process. After immersed in the acidic lice solution, some of the iron ions formed organic compounds, and the Fe2+/Fe3+ ratio and the iron ion ionicity were significantly higher than those of the green oysters.
