通过氧化失重分析研究了加压焙烧法制备的短纤维 C/C复合材料的氧化动力学过程。结果表明 :短纤维增强 C/C复合材料的氧化速率随着温度的升高而升高。C/C复合材料的氧化过程 973K以上为扩散过程控制阶段 ,氧化反应活化能为 99.2 KJ/mol;973K以下为化学动力学控制阶段 ,氧化反应活化能为69 .1 KJ/mol
The oxidation kinetics of short fiber C / C composites prepared by pressure roasting was studied by means of oxidative weight loss analysis. The results show that the oxidation rate of short fiber reinforced C / C composites increases with the increase of temperature. The oxidation process of C / C composites was controlled at more than 973K for the diffusion process. The activation energy of oxidation reaction was 99.2 KJ / mol. Below 973K was the chemical kinetics control stage, the activation energy of oxidation reaction was 69.1 KJ / mol
