无电焊接技术是利用材料化学燃烧反应的放热来实现金属连接的方法,无需任何电源和气源,是应急维修的有效技术手段。以45钢为焊接母材进行焊接实验,测试结果表明:无电焊接是一种熔焊焊接,焊缝金属与受焊母材之间呈冶金结合,焊接接头拉伸强度达280MPa以上。应用证明,无电焊接技术焊接工艺简单,焊缝组织及接头力学性能较好,应用广泛,具有良好的推广应用前景。
Electroless welding technology is the use of chemical combustion reaction of the heat to achieve metal connection method, without any power and gas source, is an effective technical means of emergency maintenance. The experiment of 45 steel was taken as the welding base material. The test results showed that electroless welding was a kind of fusion welding, the metallurgical combination between the weld metal and the welded parent metal, and the tensile strength of the welded joint reached 280 MPa or more. Application proves that the electroless welding technology is simple in welding process and has good mechanical properties and wide application, and has good popularization and application prospect.
