针对钢铁企业净环排污水,采取质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液脱硬,高分子有机阴离子絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)沉淀,硫酸中和及电渗析脱盐联合工艺进行处理。小试结果表明,质量分数为30%的NaOH、PAM、质量分数98%的H_2SO_4优化投加量分别为1 500、0.25、0.120 mg/L。中试结果表明,排污水回用率可达80%以上,处理1 t净环排污水的原材料及电耗成本为1.25元左右。处理后的水质优于补充水的水质,能够满足企业要求,可作为新鲜水正常使用。
For the steel net effluent, iron and steel enterprises took 30% NaOH solution to remove hard, PAM polymer precipitation, sulfuric acid neutralization and electrodialysis desalination combined process. The results of the pilot test showed that NaOH, PAM with the mass fraction of 30% and H_2SO_4 with the mass fraction of 98% were 1 500,0.25,0.120 mg / L, respectively. The pilot results show that the reuse rate of sewage can reach more than 80%, and the cost of raw materials and power consumption for treating 1 t net ring of waste water is about 1.25 yuan. The treated water is better than the water quality of the supplementary water to meet the requirements of the enterprise and can be used normally as fresh water.
