以矮生型梨试管苗为试材,通过在培养基中添加不同浓度外源油菜素内酯(BR)(0.001、0.010、0.100、1.000mg/L),以不添加BR为对照,观察其对矮生梨试管苗生长的表型效应,以探讨矮生梨的矮生特性与外源BR的关系。结果表明:较高浓度的外源BR可明显促进矮生梨茎的高度和其节间长度的增加;另外,用石蜡切片法观察发现,1.000mg/L BR处理可明显促进矮生梨试管苗茎和叶脉维管束的分化,提高叶肉细胞的密度和角质层的厚度。
