我国城乡二元经济结构所带来的城乡幼儿园师资配备不均衡,严重影响了学前教育的发展与教育公平的实现。本研究选取一国家贫困市作为研究对象,从班级规模、师幼比、专业师资三个方面调查其幼儿园师资配备情况,分析所存在的问题。探讨师资配备不均衡的社会、政府、幼儿园方面的影响因素,并在此基础上,提出优化幼儿园师资配备的对策建议。
The unbalanced distribution of teachers and teachers in urban and rural kindergartens brought about by the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas in our country has seriously affected the development of pre-school education and the realization of education fairness. In this study, we selected a national poverty city as the research object, investigated the kindergarten teachers’ equipping situation from the aspects of class size, teacher-child ratio and professional teachers, and analyzed the existing problems. This paper probes into the influencing factors of imbalanced society, government and kindergarten, and on this basis, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the allocation of kindergarten teachers.
