领导意图,是指领导个人、领导班子或领导机关,在指导某一团体或组织实现某个目标的过程中,通过书面或口头方式下达的命令、指示、决定、交办意见等。文秘人员要写出高质量的、符合领导“口味”的公文,就必须准确理解、把准领导意图。
