经济全球化和贸易自由化使企业间的竞争边界发生变化,企业不仅面临着优秀人才的竞争,还面临着人力资源管理的挑战。技术和服务的变革改变了企业对员工的管理方式,知识员工数目不断增多,信息技术的发展使企业和员工能够借助移动设备实现随时随地办公,非全日制工作、远程工作等新的工作方式层出不穷,虚拟员工岗位是现代企业与员工关系的杰出产物,是战略人力资源管理的积极实践。企业开始借助网络寻找新型的雇佣关系,虚拟员工因此孕育而生,成为新时代企业雇佣中的一个新成员,然后对于新事物的产生,传统的人力资源管理模式也面临着一定的困境,需要全新的管理策略。
