新中国建立以来,中国干部制度经历了魅力型、知识型和德知法混合型三种模式。德知法混合型干部制度是一个进步,但仍然存在诸多不足,不仅没有解决干部为人民服务的动力问题,而且马克思主义公仆论中大量防止公仆变为主人的思想仍长期受到忽视。在我国民主法治建设中,坚决遵循和实施马克思主义公仆论的基本思想,不仅是捍卫马克思主义的需要,也是进一步完善我国干部制度,推进我国民主法治建设的强大武器。
Since the founding of New China, the Chinese cadre system has undergone three modes of mixed type: charismatic, knowledge-based and moral. The system of Dezhi’s mixed cadres is an improvement. However, there are still many shortcomings. Not only is there not a solution to the motive force that cadres serve the people, but the long-neglected ideology of preventing public servants from becoming masters in the Marxist public servant theory has long been neglected. In our country’s construction of democracy and law, resolutely abide by and implement the Marxist basic theory of public servants is not only the need to defend Marxism, but also a powerful weapon to further improve our cadre system and promote the construction of democracy and law in our country.
