随着铝及其合金在汽车拖拉机上广泛应用,铝制件的焊修在农机修造厂中也经常遇到。焊修铝件时需考虑下列特点: 1.导热性强,热容量和线膨胀系数大; 2.易氧化,而氧化物的熔点又高,因此施焊时氧化物不易除尽; 3.在液态时易吸收氢,而在固态时几乎不溶解,焊后易产生气孔; 4.铝的熔点低,高温强度小,而在加热过程中几乎无颜色变化,因此不易通过外部观察来确定焊缝的加热程度和熔化情况。由于铝及其合金在焊修时具有上述特点,给焊修工作带来不少困难,如焊修工艺掌握不当,往往会使焊缝产生裂纹、夹渣,使焊件变形、塌陷,甚至穿孔。我们通过反复试验和不断实践,初步掌握了铝件的焊
