目的:探讨三维重建的上颌尖牙髓腔体积与牙体积比值(PV/TV)在个体年龄推断的的临床应用价值。方法:选取口腔锥形束CT影像资料片103例,利用Mimics17.0分析软件测量上颌尖牙髓腔体积(PV)、牙体体积(TV)及髓腔体积与牙体体积比值(PV/TV)。采用SPSS16.0软件分析并建立数据库,线性回归分析法建立个体年龄的线性回归方程式。结果:使用牙髓腔与牙体积比值(PV/TV)进行单因素年龄分析时,年龄推断的线性回归方程Y=69.137-621.200(PV/TV),P<0.001,R=0.544。当使用牙髓腔体积(PV)以及整个牙齿的体积(TV)进行双变量的年龄推断时,年龄推断的函数为Y=47.66+0.032(TV)-0.946(PV),P<0.001,R=0.517。结论:上颌尖牙髓腔体积与牙体体积的比值可以用来进行个体年龄的推断,且为法医个体识别提供一种新的方法和途径。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional reconstruction of maxillary canine pulp volume and molar ratio (PV / TV) inferred from individual age. Methods: 103 cases of oral cone cone beam computed tomography were selected. The maxillary canine cavity volume (PV), the volume of the tooth cavity (TV) and the ratio of the volume of the medullary cavity and the volume of the tooth cavity (PV / TV ). Using SPSS16.0 software to analyze and establish the database, linear regression analysis method to establish the linear regression equation of individual age. Results: The age-estimated linear regression equation Y = 69.137-621.200 (PV / TV), P <0.001, R = 0.544 when using the one-factor age analysis of pulp cavity to tooth volume ratio (PV / TV). The age-inferred function was Y = 47.66 + 0.032 (TV) -0.946 (PV), P <0.001, R = 47.66 + 0.032 when bivariate age inference was determined using the volume of the pulp cavity (PV) and the volume of the entire tooth (TV) 0.517. Conclusion: The ratio of maxillary canine pulp cavity volume to dental volume can be used to infer the individual age, and provide a new method and method for forensic individual identification.
