首先对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)树脂粉料性能进行研究,发现PVDF树脂切片熔点为169.6℃;其熔融指数随着温度的升高逐渐增大;在此基础上,利用双螺杆挤出机及后道纺丝设备成功进行了PVDF机械牵伸纤维的制备并对其进行表征,结果表明:PVDF单丝线密度可到9.6tex,随拉伸强度增大,断裂强度呈现增大趋势,断裂伸长则呈现先增大后减小的趋势,结晶度在一定范围内有增大趋势,同时牵伸有助于晶型从α相向β相转变。当牵伸倍数为5倍时,可获得断裂强度达29.8cN/tex的PVDF单丝。
