我院急诊室1969年~1990年间对2例电击伤猝死者进行了复苏,其中例1转归良好,恢复工作能力;例2复活27天。我们认为复苏成功的关键与电压大小、开始心肺复苏(CPR)的时间及有无外伤等密切相关,现将2例复苏情况报告如下: 【例1】患者男,36岁,临时工。1969年7月3日,380伏电压击伤后立即心跳呼吸停止。25分钟后送达急诊室。在胸外心脏按压8分钟后立即剖胸直接心脏挤压。胸内110伏电压1/10秒电击3次无效,150伏电压2/10秒电击1次成功。剖胸后5分钟自
Emergency room in our hospital from 1969 to 1990, 2 cases of sudden death from electric shock were resuscitated, of which 1 cases go well, restore work ability; Example 2 resurrection for 27 days.
