近年来,辽宁省社会保障事业取得显著成效,城镇职工基本养老保险制度基本完善,但是,作为多层次养老保障体系的第二支柱——企业年金发展并不充分,在运行过程中遇到瓶颈。为进一步发挥企业年金在辽宁省社会保障体系建设中的积极作用,本文对辽宁省企业年金现状进行分析,并就发展瓶颈提出破解之道。
In recent years, the social security undertaking in Liaoning Province has achieved remarkable results. The basic endowment insurance system for urban workers has basically been improved. However, as the second pillar of the multi-level pension insurance system, the development of enterprise annuities is not sufficient and a bottleneck is encountered during operation. In order to give full play to the active role of enterprise annuity in the construction of social security system in Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the present situation of enterprise annuity in Liaoning Province and puts forward the solution to the bottleneck of development.
