推进村民公共参与是中国新时期乡村政治信任重建的重要途径。现阶段,制度不完善、乡村干部行为不当及普通村民的公共参与素质低等是制约村民公共参与的重要因素,进而严重制约了乡村政治信任重建。需要通过加强村民公共参与制度建设,引导和规范乡村干部的治理行为,提升普通村民的公共参与素质,促进村民公共参与的发展,进而推动乡村政治信任的重建。
Promoting Villagers’ Public Participation is an Important Way to Reconstruct Political Trust in the Countryside in the New Period in China. At this stage, the imperfect system, the improper behavior of rural cadres and the low quality of public participation of ordinary villagers are the important factors restricting the public participation of villagers, which seriously hinders the reconstruction of rural political trust. It is necessary to promote the reconstruction of rural political trust by strengthening the system of villagers’ public participation, guiding and standardizing the governance of rural cadres, improving the quality of public participation of ordinary villagers, and promoting the public participation of villagers.
