采用测定大鼠胆汁分泌量的实验方法,观察栀子提取物京尼平苷和西红花苷十二指肠给药后的利胆作用。结果显示西红花苷50和 100 mg/kg剂量均不增加大鼠的胆汁流量,而京尼平苷50和 100 mg/kg剂量均可显著增加大鼠胆汁流量,降低胆汁内胆固醇含量,增加胆汁内 HCO_3~-浓度.但对胆汁酸,胆红素,[Ca~(2+)]含量无显著影响。表明西红花苷没有利胆作用,而京尼平苷是栀子利胆的有效成分,它能改变胆汁成分,可能对阻止胆固醇结石的形成有一定的作用。
The experimental method of determining the amount of bile secretion in rats was used to observe the gallbladder effect of the extract of the gardenia and duodenine after duodenal administration. The results showed that doses of 50 and 100 mg/kg of crocus did not increase bile flow in rats, while doses of 50 and 100 mg/kg of geniposide significantly increased bile flow in rats and reduced cholesterol in bile. It shows that crocin does not have a gallbladder effect, and that geniposide is an effective component of gardenia gall bladder, which can change the bile composition and may have a certain effect on preventing the formation of cholesterol stones.
