采用电子探针法测定了羚羊角尖部、基部、骨塞及商品羚羊角粉中无机元素,探讨了其无机元素的含量差别与药性的关系。研究表明,羚羊角性寒、归肝经、清肝明目功效主要得自于羚羊角带血丝的尖部,为羚羊角之上上品;羚羊角味咸、凉血解毒功效主要得自于羚羊角基部。而羚羊角骨塞中Ca含量高,具有镇静作用,可作为Ca资源加以利用。
