通过断口观察、显微分析法分析了23MnNiMoCr54锻造立环在制造过程出现断裂的原因。结果表明:链条立环断裂的原因是局部过烧缺陷造成的,而局部过烧是料段感应加热时由于电流集肤效应产生的;因料段出现锻偏,局部过烧缺陷未能通过飞边排除,而遗留到链环中,成为裂纹源。
By fracture observation, microscopic analysis of 23MnNiMoCr54 forging ring in the manufacturing process of the cause of the fracture. The results show that the cause of the vertical ring fracture is caused by the local over-burning defect, while the local over-burning is caused by the current skin effect when induction heating of the material section.
