自1989年底《城市规划法》公布以来,我国城市规划开始走上了有法可依的历程,不少城市的规划实施有了法的依据和保障,凡严格执行的城市大都取得了可喜的成果。为完善法规,补充法规,1993年7月开始对我国的7座城市进行了对《城市规划法》执法的检查,从中也发现了一些值得引起重视的问题,本文就这些问题作一探讨。
Since the publication of the Urban Planning Law in the end of 1989, urban planning in our country has embarked on a course that has laws to follow. Many cities have obtained the basis and guarantee for their planning and implementation. Most of the cities that have been strictly implemented have made gratifying achievements . In order to improve laws and regulations and supplement laws and regulations, in July 1993, inspections of law enforcement of the “Town Planning Law” were conducted in seven cities in our country. Some problems that deserved great attention were also discovered. This article will discuss these issues.
