本文概括的叙述了新铸铁材料——蠕虫状石墨铸铁的结构及其形成机理,同时对薄断面铸铁中蠕虫状石墨的形成及其与铸铁中残余硫量和变质剂加入量的关系,进行了分析。笔者根据生产的实践提出了蠕虫状石墨铸铁的生产工艺特点及其应用。
This paper summarizes the structure and formation mechanism of new cast iron material - vermicular graphite cast iron. At the same time, the relationship between the formation of vermicular graphite in thin-section cast iron and the residual sulfur content and the adding amount of modifier in cast iron analysis. According to the practice of production, the author puts forward the production process characteristics and application of vermicular graphite iron.
