介绍了全翻转式双向犁的曲柄摇块式限深轮换位机构的结构、工作原理及参数优化设计过程。依据换位机构工作性能的要求和在翻转犁上安装空间的限制 ,建立了优化设计数学模型 ,运用 OPB优化方法程序库约束变尺度法 (CVM)对模型求解。优化设计结果在 1 L F 335型液压翻转犁上得到了应用 ,生产使用表明 ,经优化设计的换位机构性能优良
This paper introduces the structure, working principle and parameter optimization design process of the crankshaft rocker type limit wheel with full reversing two-way plow. According to the requirements of working performance of transposing mechanism and the limitation of mounting space on the flip plow, a mathematical model of optimal design was established and the OPB optimization method was used to solve the model by constrained variable scale method (CVM). Optimized design results have been applied to the 1 L F 335 hydraulic tilting plow and the use of the production shows that the optimized design of the transposition mechanism performs well
