我中心12年来一直应用醋酸确炎舒松A注射液(去炎松)与局麻药配伍为主的神经阻滞疗法治疗急慢性疼痛,临床效果满意。此药可在数小时内生效,经1～2日达最大效应,作用能维持1～2周。笔者曾报道1％普鲁卡因2ml与去炎松10mg合用治疗枕后神经痛40例,注药后症状缓解,但有35例治疗次日疼痛加重,第3日疼痛大为减轻乃或消失。显然这一临床效果的演变是去炎松在局麻药作用消失后
