本文从社会学的角度对我国房地产市场的走向进行分析,指出我国房地产业已经处于一个重要的转折点。房地产业要想迎来一个持续发展的明天就必须要走科学调整房产结构,合理回归房产价格之路!
This article analyzes the trend of China’s real estate market from the sociological point of view, pointing out that our real estate industry is already at an important turning point. Real estate industry in order to usher in a sustainable development tomorrow must go scientifically adjust the real estate structure, a reasonable return real estate prices!
