中国农业大学农学与生物技术学院近期研究发现,野生樱桃李是优异的抗南方根结线虫种质资源。为探明野生樱桃李对南方根结线虫的抗性,研究人员以实生钵苗为试材,采用人工接种等方法,研究了野生樱桃李对南方根结线虫的抗性。结果表明:接种后30天,80株供试野生樱桃李根中雌成虫数量占总接种量的0.5%,依据抗性评价标准判定其高抗南方根结线虫;野生樱桃李对南方根结线虫的抗性
A recent study by the College of Agronomy and Biotechnology, China Agricultural University found that wild cherry plum is an excellent germplasm resource resistant to Meloidogyne incognita. In order to find out the resistance of wild cherry plum to Meloidogyne incognita, the researchers studied the resistance of wild cherry plum to Meloidogyne incognita by using the seedlings of seedling as test material and artificial inoculation.
