目的:研究消癌平注射液中有机酸成分。方法:利用LC-MS分析消癌平注射液中有机酸类成分,并通过HPLC与对照品比对验证,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果:共鉴定了13个化合物,共占有机酸总量的50.33%,主要分析了新绿原酸、绿原酸和隐绿原酸的质谱裂解规律。结论:有机酸主要成分为新绿原酸(7.62%)、绿原酸(10.56%)、隐绿原酸(4.64%)、对香豆酸(4.22%)等。
Objective: To study the composition of organic acids in Xiaojianping injection. Methods: The components of organic acids in Xiaojianping injection were analyzed by LC-MS. The relative contents of each component were determined by area normalization method by comparing with the reference substance by HPLC. Results: A total of 13 compounds were identified, accounting for 50.33% of the total organic acids. The mass spectrometry cleavage patterns of chlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid and chlorogenic acid were analyzed. Conclusion: The main components of organic acids are chlorogenic acid (7.62%), chlorogenic acid (10.56%), latent chlorogenic acid (4.64%) and p-coumaric acid (4.22%).
