执行力,从企业的视角来定义,就是企业内部各级管理人员和员工严格执行决策、规章制度和业务流程规范的能力。执行力是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,尤其是随着社会信息化程度的日益提高,企业面临的外部环境瞬息万变,能否高效执行直接决定企业的反应速度和生存能力。正是由于执行力的这种重要作用,提升执行力愈来愈得到全社会,尤其是集团企业的高度重视。笔者通过多年企业信息管理的实践认为,小企业执行力关键在人,而集团企业则在流程。
Execution, defined from the enterprise perspective, is the ability of managers and employees at all levels within a company to strictly enforce the rules and regulations and business process specifications. Execution is an important part of an enterprise’s core competitiveness. In particular, with the increasing degree of social informationization, the external environment faced by enterprises is rapidly changing. Whether an enterprise can efficiently implement such a decision directly determines its response speed and viability. It is precisely because of this important role of executive power that increasing executive power has been increasingly recognized by the whole society, especially the group enterprises. The author through many years of practice of enterprise information management believes that the key to the implementation of small businesses in the people, and group companies in the process.
