有机磷农药是我国使用最广泛的农药,具有广谱、高效等特点,但对人类的健康和环境安全存在潜在威胁。因此,发展快速、简易、准确测定有机磷农药残留量的方法具有重要意义。生物传感器具有简单、灵敏、低成本、便于携带,可实现现场监控等优点,已成为有机磷农药残留量速测技术中的研究热点。本文综述了近年来国内外生物传感器技术在有机磷农药测定中的应用情况,主要介绍了酶生物传感器、免疫生物传感器。最后本文对生物传感器在有机磷农药残留检测中应用的未来发展进行展望。
Organophosphorus pesticides are the most widely used pesticides in our country. They have the characteristics of broad spectrum and high efficiency, but pose potential threats to human health and environmental safety. Therefore, the development of rapid, simple and accurate determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues is of great significance. Biosensors have the advantages of simple, sensitive, low cost, easy to carry, on-site monitoring, etc., and have become the research hotspots in the rapid measurement of organophosphorus pesticide residues. This review summarizes the applications of biosensor technology in the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in recent years, mainly introducing enzyme biosensors and immunobiosensors. Finally, the future development of biosensors in the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues is prospected.
