休闲体育是社会体育的组成部分,本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法。对辽东学院大学生休闲体育现状调查分析发现,大学生参与休闲活动的意识不强,有待于加强意识教育;应有效地把休闲体育与体育课有机的结合起来,使其形成一个完整地体系。加强体育设施建设,并与社会体育接轨,使学校与社会体育完美过渡。 Leisure sports are an integral part of social sports. This paper adopts the research methods of literature, questionnaire and interview. Investigation and analysis of the status quo of college students ’leisure sports in Liaodong University found that undergraduates’ consciousness of participating in leisure activities is not strong and their consciousness education needs to be strengthened. They should organically integrate leisure sports and physical education so as to form a complete system. Strengthen the construction of sports facilities, and integrate with social sports so that the school and social sports a perfect transition.
