书写表达在降低2型糖尿病抑郁患者中的效果研究

目的探讨书写表达在降低2型糖尿病抑郁患者中的作用。方法选取某三甲医院2015年6月—2016年6月2型糖尿病并抑郁患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予传统护理模式干预,观察组在对照组的基础上进行书写表达干预,比较干预前后两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况及护理满意度的差异。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果干预后观察组患者汉密尔顿抑郁(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)得分分别为(12.10±5.65)、(9.92±3.12)分,低于对照组的(21.08±3.34)、(14.12±4.19)分,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组和对照组的护理满意度分别为9 8%、82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论书写表达能够降低2型糖尿病抑郁患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其对护理服务的满意度。 Objective To investigate the role of written expression in reducing depression in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression from June 2015 to June 2016 in a top three hospital were enrolled. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each. The control group was given traditional nursing intervention. Control group based on written expression intervention, anxiety, depression and nursing satisfaction difference between the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Measurement data using t test, count data using χ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results After the intervention, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores in the observation group were (12.10 ± 5.65) and (9.92 ± 3.12) points lower than those in the control group (21.08 ± 3.34 ), And (14.12 ± 4.19) respectively, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were respectively 9.8% and 82%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusion Written expression can reduce anxiety and depression in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
