冷拌超薄沥青混合料是一种新型路面材料。为验证其可行性,选用两种乳化剂和3种常用超薄层级配来测试其路用性能。首先采用修正马歇尔方法进行了3种级配的配合比设计,得到了最佳沥青掺量。然后按照规范规定方法,测定了不同组合的高温稳定性、低温稳定性、水稳定性和表面抗滑性能。测试结果显示,只有A种乳化剂和SMA-10组合才能满足规范规定的各项指标,满足工程可行性。限制冷拌超薄沥青混合料功能的不是高温性能和表面抗滑性能,而是水稳定性能和低温性能,此领域尚待深入研究。
Cold mix asphalt is a new type of pavement materials. In order to verify its feasibility, two kinds of emulsifiers and three kinds of commonly used ultra-thin layer to test its performance. First, the modified Marshall method was used to carry out the three kinds of gradation mix design, get the best asphalt content. Then according to the rules and regulations of the method, the determination of different combinations of high temperature stability, low temperature stability, water stability and surface skid resistance. The test results show that only the combination of emulsifier A and SMA-10 can meet the requirements of the specifications to meet the project feasibility. It is not the high-temperature performance and the surface skid resistance to limit the function of cold-mix ultra-thin asphalt mixture, but the water stability and low temperature performance. This area needs further study.
