人才培养、科学研究和服务社会是高等院校的三大职能,作为高等教育重要组成部分的高职院校,也应主动承担服务社会的职能。这不仅是区域经济发展的需要,也是高职院校自身发展的必然要求。文章以昆山登云科技职业学院为例,通过对社会服务状况的调查,分析了目前社会服务的不足之处,创造性地提出了“一点四面”的社会服务模式,即以需求为出发点,从服务意识、服务主体、服务方式、服务机制这四个面进行改进与突破,构建新型的社会服务模式,全面提升学院的社会服务水平。 Talent cultivation, scientific research and service to society are the three major functions of institutions of higher learning. Higher vocational colleges, an important part of higher education, should take the initiative to undertake the functions of serving the society. This is not only the need of regional economic development, but also the inevitable requirement of self-development of higher vocational colleges. Taking Kunshan Dengyun Technical Vocational College as an example, through the investigation of social service status, this article analyzes the shortcomings of current social service and creatively puts forward the social service mode of “one o’clock and four sides”, that is, Starting point, from the service awareness, service main body, service mode, service mechanism of these four areas to improve and break through to build a new social service model, and comprehensively enhance the college’s social service level.
