目的:应用Meta分析方法综合评价转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)患者中的阳性表达情况及其与PTC患者临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法:使用计算机检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库和PubMed等中英文数据库,收集TGF-β1和人甲状腺乳头状癌的关系的中英文文献,利用Revman 5.3软件对纳入的资料进行Meta分析。结果:6篇文献的617份样本被纳入分析,共376例PTC患者进行了TGF-β1阳性率的检测,共243例(64.63%)PTC患者表达阳性,在所有的样本中,共285例(46.19%)样本表达阳性。分层分析年龄、性别、淋巴结转移和肿瘤分期,结果显示,TGF-β1的阳性表达与淋巴结转移具有较强的关联性(OR=5.44,95%CI3.31~8.93,P<0.000 01)。结论:TGF-β1与伴有淋巴结转移的PTC患者具有很强的相关性,可以作为诊断和预后指标之一。
Objective: To evaluate the positive expression of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) in thyroid papillary carcinoma (PTC) by Meta-analysis and its relationship with clinicopathological features of PTC. Methods: The Chinese and English literatures about the relationship between TGF-β1 and papillary thyroid carcinoma were collected by computerized retrieval of databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP Database and PubMed. Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software analysis. RESULTS: A total of 617 samples of 6 articles were included in the analysis. A total of 376 PTC patients were tested for the positive rate of TGF-β1. A total of 243 patients (64.63%) were positive for PTC. Of all the samples, 285 ( 46.19%) samples positive. The results of stratified analysis of age, sex, lymph node metastasis and tumor stage showed that the positive expression of TGF-β1 was strongly associated with lymph node metastasis (OR = 5.44, 95% CI: 3.31-8.93, P <0.000 01). Conclusion: There is a strong correlation between TGF-β1 and PTC in patients with lymph node metastasis, which can be used as one of the diagnostic and prognostic indicators.
