随着企业的不断改革及转型发展,企业各级工会组织面临新的困难和挑战。在新形势下,为了更好地发挥企业工会的职能作用和组织优势,就此首先指明了当前新形势下工会组织面临的四个问题,即职工劳动争议增多、利益诉求多元化、工会工作模式的局限和从业人员减少导致协调维权难度加大,接着针对性地提出了解决问题的“春风化雨、构筑平台、四送温暖、创新方法、全面发展”的五种具体方法,为各级工会组织提供了详实、科学的可行性意见和建议。
