浅析幼儿教师语文素养的内涵和建构

结合幼儿教师职业特点,探讨幼儿教师语文素养应包括博专结合的语文知识、全面扎实的语文能力和健康正面的语文情感等内涵,并提出高校语文教师可以从树立大语文观、契合就业导向和培养人文情怀等方面去建构幼师生的语文素养,幼儿教师入职后也可以在博览群书和笔耕不辍两方面不断提升自己的语文素养。 Combining the occupational characteristics of kindergarten teachers, exploring the kindergarten teachers’ Chinese accomplishment should include the combination of Bo with the Chinese language knowledge, comprehensive and solid Chinese ability and healthy positive emotion and so on. The author suggests that college Chinese teachers can learn from the establishment of the Chinese concept, Cultivate human feelings and other aspects to build the language literacy of kindergarten teachers and students, kindergarten teachers can also be in the exhibition after reading books and penmanship continue to improve their language literacy.
