目的制备布洛芬固体脂质纳米粒(solid lipid nanoparticles,SLN)并优化其处方。方法采用乳化分散-超声法制备布洛芬SLN,以包封率为评价指标,进行正交实验筛选最优处方。结果通过正交筛选,得到的最优处方为布洛芬0.05 g、F-68 0.35 g、正丁醇2 mL、卵磷脂0.15 g、单硬脂酸甘油脂0.05 g。结论用该工艺和处方制备的布洛芬SLN符合制剂学性质要求。
Objective To prepare and optimize the formulation of solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN). Methods The ibuprofen SLN was prepared by emulsification and dispersion - ultrasonic method. The entrapment efficiency was used as the evaluation index, and the optimal prescription was screened by orthogonal experiment. The results obtained by orthogonal screening, the optimal prescription obtained ibuprofen 0.05 g, F-68 0.35 g, n-butanol 2 mL, lecithin 0.15 g, glycerol monostearate 0.05 g. Conclusion The ibuprofen SLN prepared by this process and prescription is in accordance with the formulation requirements.
