对TA18合金Φ25mm×5mm管材进行两辊冷轧,检测和分析了变形各段的尺寸、金相组织和硬度。结果表明,两辊冷轧后,管材从退火态变为轧制态,晶粒形态由等轴状变为纤维状;压下段塑性变形集中,加工硬化剧烈,硬度(HV1)由222提高至267;降低空减径量可有效提高管材内壁品质。
The TA25 alloy Φ25mm × 5mm pipe was subjected to two-roll cold rolling, and the size, microstructure and hardness of the deformed sections were detected and analyzed. The results show that after the two rolls are cold rolled, the tube changes from annealed to rolled state and the grain shape changes from equiaxed to fibrous. The plastic deformation of the pressed section concentrates, the work hardening is severe, the hardness (HV1) increases from 222 to 267 ; Reducing the amount of empty reduction can effectively improve the quality of the pipe wall.
