投篮是持球队员运用各种正确的手法将球从篮圈上方投入球篮所采用各种动作方法。在篮球比赛中,进攻队采用各种技术、战术的目的,都是制造机会进行投篮得分,而防守队员的积极防御也是为了阻挠和破坏进攻的投篮,所以投篮是篮球比赛中攻守双方对抗的焦点。由此,从篮球运动的发展史看,投篮的动作技术也提出了种种新观点、新技术,使篮球运动内容更丰富,活动更富于魅力。因而应该更好地培养运动员投篮的正确动作技术,达到稳定的投篮命中率。
