构架式空间可展开支撑臂在实现大尺寸高刚度航天器方面有着广泛的应用需求。文章论述了几种典型构架式空间可展开支撑臂的结构组成、工作原理和发展现状,从多个方面比较了不同类型构架式空间可展开支撑臂的特点,阐述了构架式空间可展开支撑臂发展趋势,指出球铰接杆式空间可展开支撑臂是适应大型化发展的空间可展开支撑臂主要发展方向,分析了实现球铰接杆式空间可展开支撑臂工程化尚需解决的关键技术。
The deployable support arm of the framed space has a wide range of applications in achieving large size and high stiffness spacecraft. This paper discusses the structure, working principle and development status of several typical structure-space deployable support arms. It compares the characteristics of the expandable support arms in different types of frame-type space from several aspects, It is pointed out that the spherical articulated rod space expandable support arm is the main development direction of spatial expandable support arm that is suitable for large-scale development. The key technologies that need to be solved to realize the engineering of expandable support arm with spherical articulated rod space are analyzed.
